Our FULL Privacy Policy can be requested via emailing us and this policy will explain what information we collect about you and why, what we do with that information, and how we handle that information.

For the purposes of the applicable data protection laws (the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR), together with any implementing legislation, in particular, the Data Protection Act 2018), the company responsible for your personal information is 3D Structural Detailing Services. The Policy is incorporated into 3D Structural Detailing Services Limited's Terms & Conditions and applies to information obtained by us through your use of the information, software, products and services made available through our website.

The Chat function is only live when we are online - When using the Chat function please be aware that the information you provide could be visible to others so this is why we will not ask for any Payment Card information on the Chat.

If you require us to provide any services to you, we will only ask for the necessary information over the Chat function. This information will then be stored on our database and you will then become a Client of ours, the information will be: Company Name, your name, your email. We will then send you a confirmation email to welcome you on board and ask for further information that on return will be saved to our database. Once this information is stored we will delete the email containing this information and remove it from our system.

Our Client database is never stored online for the safety of both parties.
